Customer claimed she had a gun

Pharmacists at the Urgent Care center in Traverse City had to say no to a customer - after she said she had a weapon and demanded drugs.

It happened Saturday at the MCHC Pharmacy on Munson Avenue.

A Munson spokesperson says a young woman walked into the pharmacy, said she had a gun in her purse, and demanded Oxycontin.  But the pharmacist simply said "no." The spokesperson says that's when the woman walked away empty-handed.

The pharmacy staff then called police.
