WEXFORD COUNTY -- Michigan Department of Transportation said the U.S. Route 131 Bridge in Wexford County is now open.
The bridge has been closed for months for reconstruction.
Officials said crews finished the project nearly two weeks ahead of schedule.
The bridge project cost $3 million dollars and is expected to last for several decades.
