The Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office is releasing the names of the victims of a car crash Saturday morning.
20-year-old Joseph Welburn, of Traverse City died from his injuries. 19-year-old Scott Hepner of Traverse City is in a downstate hospital where he's being treated for serious injuries.
The Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the scene about 3:00 am Saturday when a driver lost control while heading North on South Long Lake Road.
The driver that caused the crash, a 22-year-old Traverse City man was arrested for OWI causing death and OWI causing serious injury.
Officials say the car overturned, and two passengers in the backseat were ejected from the vehicle.
The driver and front seat passenger were not seriously injured.
