Second Annual "U2charist" event

A Traverse City church is working to support a number of good causes - while hosting their second annual "U2-charist".

It happened Sunday at the Presbyterian Church of Traverse City, where the worship gathering highlighted the music of the rock band U2. But it's more than a rock concert at church - proceeds go to support both local and international outreach efforts.

The Pastor says the band supports events just like this one, as long as the church donates to a good cause. In this case, the church is helping a mission in Nicaragua, in a community that has no electricity or running water. Here at home, they're collecting donations for the Grand Traverse Baby Pantry.
