Hobert Morris killed in crash
A 19 year old woman has been charged in a deadly hit and run accident in Missaukee County.
That accident happened early Thursday morning. The Sheriff's Department says Hobert Morris was riding his bike down M-66 in Richland Township when he was hit and killed.
19 year old Tarin Nebo has been charged with negligent homicide and two counts failing to stop at the scene of an accident. She could spend at least 15 years in prison.
While she's bonded out of jail - she's only allowed to drive to and from work or her college classes. She'll be back in court later this month.
