MCBAIN -- A surveillance photo is released while the Missaukee County Sheriff's Office investigates a break-in at an area pharmacy.
Deputies responded to an alarm at 2:48 Monday morning at the McBain Pharmacy at 106 S. Roland Street. Deputies found a rear window broken, and say it appears the suspects fled after the alarm went off.
McBain Pharmacy is still conducting an inventory, but managers say it appears that some narcotics are missing.
Officials say it appears the suspect was cut by the window glass while entering the building and may seek medical treatment. What is believed to be the suspect's car was captured on the city's video surveillance system. The vehicle appears to be a Chrysler/Dodge product, either white or light in color. The Sheriff is asking for the public's help in identifying those responsible for the crime.
If anyone has information they are asked to contact either the Missaukee County Sheriff's Office at 231-839-4338 or the Silent Observer Tip line.
