Downstate man killed in crash
One man is dead after a two-car crash on US 131 south of Cadillac.
It happened about 3:30 Sunday afternoon, near M-115 in Clam Lake Township.
State Troopers say 36 year old Bradley Roth from Kalamazoo was was traveling with his wife and two children... heading south when he lost control of his vehicle. Roth was hit broadside- on the driver's side of the vehicle, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the second vehicle was also heading south, and was hauling a snowmobile trailer at the time. The trailer came loose during the crash but no other vehicles were involved.
Investigators say speed and winter driving conditions could have been factors in the crash.
