Investigators are releasing more details on a homicide investigation in Oscoda County
OSCODA CO. -- The Oscoda County Sheriff's Office is releasing more details on a shooting investigation that left one man dead and another man facing murder charges.
Investigators say they were called to a home in Greenwood Township on Tuesday. They found 33-year-old Timmithy Waltz dead from a gunshot wound. Another man inside the home, 42-year-old Timothy Nelson was questioned and arrested for the death.
Timothy Nelson was arraigned Wednesday on 2nd Degree Murder. Bond was set at $500,000. Nelson will be back in court on December 10.
