Man arrested and facing open murder charges in shooting death
OSCODA COUNTY -- One man is dead and another behind bars after a shooting in Oscoda County.
The Sheriff's Office was called to the home in Greenwood Township around 8:20 p.m. Tuesday. Investigators found a 33-year-old man dead from what was believed to be gunshot wounds.
A 42-year-old man inside the home was questioned and arrested in the death.
A forensic autopsy is being performed in Grand Rapids. Names of the suspect and the victim are not being released at this time.
