CHEBOYGAN, CHEBOYGAN CO. -- A second man is charged in connection with two business break-ins in Cheboygan County.

Joseph Serra was arrested over the weekend and charged Monday with multiple felonies.

Investigators say Serra helped Stanley Peek of Cheboygan break in to Northland Auto and attempted to break in to the Save-A-Lot store.

Peek was charged back in June in connection with the crimes. If convicted Peek could spend life in prison. Serra faces up to 20 years behind bars.
