Man reported missing in Leelanau County is found safe

GLEN ARBOR, LEELANAU COUNTY -- A 90-year-old man with dementia reported missing in Leelanau County is found safe.

90-year-old Melvin Schalhamer left his home on Macfarlane Road in Glen Arbor around 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

Schalmhamer was found in good health by Glen Lake EMS and is back at his home.
