A Wexford County man is charged with manslaughter after a fatal crash

A 20-year-old man is charged with manslaughter after a crash in Wexford County.

The accident happened on Sept. 12th at the intersection of 46 Road and 33 Road in Cherry Grove Township.

Peter Vandenhout of Cadillac was killed after his vehicle entered intersection and was struck by a north bound vehicle.  Vandenhout was ejected from the car. 

Kenneth Sutton of Boon was arraigned Tuesday in connection with the accident.  Sutton could spend 15 years in prison if found guilty.
