Event to be held Wed., Aug. 12.
GAYLORD -- A community shower will be held next week to benefit the displaced residents of the Alpine Haus apartment complex in Gaylord.
Last month a fire sparked by lightning destroyed the complex, displacing 52 residents.
The community shower will take place at the Gaylord Eagles Hall located at 515 South Wisconsin Avenue. Donations may be dropped off August 12 between 8 a.m. and noon. Pick-up will take place 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
