$4K grant in addition to previous donation
GAYLORD -- You can call it a gift that keeps on giving.
Last year, nearly 100 volunteers turned out to help fix up the Otsego County United Way building in Gaylord. Volunteers spent much of the weekend doing it all, from painting to planting.
The project was made possible by donation of supplies and volunteer service by the Home Depot store.
Now, the project is receiving a prestigious honor from the company, along with another $4,000 for the United Way which the director says will help them move closer to completing the beautification project.
