A KALKASKA COUNTY DEPUTY PUT ON A SELF DEFENSE CLASS TODAY AT THE KALKASKA UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.
     THE GOAL IS TO EDUCATE  WOMEN ON THE BASICS OF SELF DEFENSE. THE WOMEN WERE SHOWN DEMONSTRATIONS, GIVEN TIPS, AND  HAD THEIR PERSONAL SAFETY QUESTIONS ANSWERED.
