Employees for a boat making company in Cadillac will be out of work for a while when operations temporarily shut down.

Jeff Olson, the president Four Winns, says they are looking at shutting production down for 3 to 4 weeks most likely in March.

He says the company is out of orders and that the shut down will likely go into effect once current orders are completed. Exactly how long the shut down will last hasn't been determined, but Olson says it would most likely effect all production related employees.

Four Winns laid off employees back in November and then shutdown in December for the same reason.
