Michigan State Police are investigating a fire that killed a woman in Ogemaw County.
Troopers were called out to a duplex home on Park Street in Mill Township Sunday morning. A 67-year-old Prescott woman was home alone at the time of the fire and died at the scene. The second duplex unit was unoccupied. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
