Frank Moser has been charged with two counts of felony third degree criminal sexual conduct
A teacher at Forest Area Schools in Fife Lake has been arraigned on criminal sex charges after investigators say he had a relationship with a female student. Frank Moser, of Mancelona, was charged Monday on two counts of felony third degree criminal sexual conduct. If convicted he could spend as many as 15-years behind bars. Moser has been placed on indefinite paid administrative leave until the situation is resolved in court. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
