ALPENA COUNTY -- Phillip Kendziorski is facing criminal sexual conduct charges after investigators say he solicited sex from a teen he hired. They say the victim was a 15-year-old he hired to do odd jobs for him at his business. Kendziorski could spend up to 30 years in prison if he is convicted of the six counts of accosting a minor.
