Tuesday morning deputies were called to a destruction of property and intimidation case on North Darr Road. The suspect was found in Custer, but drove off when deputies tried to pull him over. After a chase from Custer to Scottville along US-10, the suspect hit a sheriff's cruiser. He was arrested for fleeing and eluding, drunk driving and felonious assault. The suspect also faces felony charges for the original complaint and is awaiting formal charges in jail.
