CHICAGO (AP) -- President-elect Barack Obama is expected to unveil another Cabinet pick at a news conference Wednesday in Chicago.

Democratic officials say Obama will tap New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson for Commerce Secretary. Richardson was an energy secretary in the Clinton era.

He ran for the Democratic presidential nomination this year, but eventually dropped out and endorsed Obama.

The upper echelon of Obama's Cabinet is now complete. But he has yet to name the heads of Health and Human Services, Interior, Transportation, Labor, Energy, Housing and Urban Development, Education, Agriculture, and Veterans Affairs.

Obama also has yet to name his intelligence team.
