American Automobile Association of Michigan says the average fell 20 cents a gallon over the last week to $1.76. That's more than a $1.35 lower than last year at this time. Of the cities it surveys, AAA says drivers in the Flint area are paying the least with an average of a $1.71, while motorists in Marquette area are paying the most at $2.08.
