Funeral arrangements are made for two Central Lake Middle School students who died in a car accident in Charlevoix County.
Two middle school children, 12-year-old Skyler Moore, and his 11-year-old sister Taishaan, were both killed when the vehicle they were in slid off of Deer Lake Road in Boyne Valley Township and hit a tree on Sunday evening. The driver, 33-year-old Jeremy Berg of East Jordan faces drunk driving criminal charges for their deaths.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lighthouse Missionary Church 7824 Rogers Road, East Jordan, Michigan 49727. Interment will follow at Rockery Cemetery, Jordan Township, Antrim County. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Lighthouse Missionary Church.
