Troy Brake, a 31-year-old Grant resident, was arraigned Wednesday on four counts of open murder and faces life in prison with no parole if convicted. Police say a handgun found in Brake's home linked him to the murders, which happened back in September. Investigators believe he shot the woman, her two sons and one of the sons girlfriends, and then set fire to their home in Wright Township to cover up the killings. Troy Brake has denied any involvement.
