7 and 4 News is told the 37 year old school official was arrested Tuesday and released on ten thousand dollars bond.
A school official in Presque Isle county is arrested after child pornography is allegedly found on his computer.
The downloaded material was found on the Rogers City Area school district computer on Monday. As a result police confiscated all school district owned computers to continue the investigation. 7 and 4 News is told the 37 year old school official was arrested Tuesday and released on ten thousand dollars bond. Officials will not release the man's name until he is formally charged Monday with possession of child sexually abusive material. The Rogers City School Board President told 7&4 News the school official in question was placed on indefinite leave without pay pending the investigation.
The school board will have a meeting Monday evening to discuss the next step.
