A woman is in jail after police say she shot her boyfriend with a hunting rifle.
Troopers responded to a Missaukee County home just before midnight Saturday where they say a domestic assault had ended with 28-year-old Amanda Wade shooting her 34-year-old boyfriend Billy Mayhew with a rifle. Mayhew was taken to Munson Medical Center and treated for non-life threatening injuries. Wade is currently being held in the Missaukee County Jail on $100,000 bond.
