Paul Curtis Pritchard is being charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after an apparent case of road rage involving a crow bar.

GAYLORD -- Police say it started Saturday night after the suspect pulled out of a gas station into the path of another driver. Investigators say while the two were driving side by side on Old 27, 53-year-old Paul Curtis Pritchard reached out of his window with a crow bar and started hitting the other vehicle. Both drivers stopped and investigators say Pritchard then hit a passenger with the crow bar. Paul Curtis Pritchard is now being charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
