ISABELLA CO. -- A 17-year-old was arrested and charged with stealing more than $5000 worth of property from several stores around Mount Pleasant.
Dustin Brown, was arrested on Sunday after police responded to a retail fraud at Dunham's Sporting Goods on Mission St. in Mount Pleasant.
An investigation led to the recovery of the more than $5000 worth of stolen property that was identified to have been taken during a breaking and entering and several retail frauds over the last 6 months.
John Anthony Merchant, James Allen Chandler and Jaylen William-LaFranc Miles were also arrested and charged.
Police are confident that the investigation will result in numerous other charges for the men.
