HARRISON -- A man fatally shot in Clare County has been identified as a Harrison school board member who also drove buses and previously served as the district's transportation director.

Clare County investigators tell 7&4 News Floyd Dennis was found dead at his home Friday, about 12 miles southwest of Harrison.

A 32-year-old woman is in police custody. She will be in court Tuesday.

Dennis, 68, joined the Harrison school board in 2008, but his service to the district is much longer.

Clare County authorities so far aren't releasing many details about the investigation.
