NEWAYGO CO. -- Officials with the Newaygo County Sheriff's Department say the have two people in custody and are questioning them in connection with a double murder.
Meshell Grant, 32, and Chad Wilkinson, 35, were extradited from Texas.
They are being questioned in connection with the murder of Joe Cherneski and Patty VanDyke. The couple were found dead of apparent gun shot wounds in their home in Broman.
Investigators say there were no signs of forced entry into the home.
Grant is being held on a probation violation and Wilkinson on a drug charge.
