TRAVERSE CITY -- The employees of Fox Motors are scrapping their way forward to raise money for Veterans.  From now until Friday June 22nd, Fox Motors will be collecting scrap metal and turning all proceeds over to the Grand Traverse County Veterans Affairs-Soldier Relief Fund.

Fox Motors is accepting all kinds of scrap metal; from was hers and dryers, to car parts, and even the kitchen sink!  Drop off location is behind the Fox Grand Traverse Body Shop, next to BMW on US 31 South in Traverse City.

“Every penny of the proceeds this week will go to the local Soldier Relief Fund,” says Greg Smith, Body Shop Manager, “It’s part of our Fox VOICE program and the employees have really stepped up to help.”

The Fox VOICE program is a community involvement committee comprised of the employees of the DP Fox Affiliates.  Including Fox Motors, Fox Insurance and the Grand Rapids Griffins.  They coordinate two employee driven events a year that will impact our communities from Grand Rapids to Marquette.
