GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY -- Students and parents got a head start planning for graduation Sunday, and it was all for a good cause!
Traverse City West high school hosted it's second annual Graduation Expo 2013, this afternoon.
Local vendors were there, featuring everything that graduates need for their senior year.
Parents and students could browse thru a number of services like photography, catering, cakes, invitations, music, prom attire, and so much more.
Organizers say it's a great opportunity to check out the latest trends and compare prices.
"It's a great idea generating expo," said organizer, Wade Vanhouzen. "You can talk to these vendors and get ideas for planning your senior party, planning prom, to lining up tax rentals to stationary. So it's an idea generator and it's also a one stop shop for them."
Money collected from Sunday's expo will be used to pay for the high school's Senior All-Night Party.
