OSCEOLA CO. -- A 46-year-old Evart man was arrested for possessing two stolen handguns.
Michael Risk was arrested last Wednesday after a 911 call said a man had discharged several rounds, according to Michigan State Police.
The investigation revealed Risk was in possession of two handguns, one of which had been previously reported as stolen.
Risk was arrested and lodged at the Osceola County Jail.
