A man believed to be from the Detroit area, is dead after crashing his snowmobile in Crawford County this weekend.

CRAWFORD COUNTY -- A man believed to be from the Detroit area, is dead after crashing his snowmobile in Crawford County this weekend.
Details are limited at this time but the Crawford County Sheriff's Office tells 7&4 News that they believe the accident happened during the overnight hours on Friday.
Deputies were called to the scene near King Road and North Higgins Lake Drive early Saturday morning, after a worker from the Crawford County Road Commission discovered the deceased man and crash site.
The victim's name has not yet been released and the accident remains under investigation.
