Accused animal abuser found not guilty

David Prosch of Buckley was accused of not properly feeding his two horses. He was found not guilty today.

A Department of Natural Resources employee who was accused of animal cruelty was found not guilty in district court today.

David Prosch of Buckley was accused of not properly feeding his two horses. He was also accused of leaving a halter on the mare for too long, causing a scar on the horse's nose.

Both horses were seized from the man's home in Buckley and taken to Horse North Rescue where they recovered.
