HART -- A 53-year-old man has been arrested for sexually assualting a girl under the age of 13 multiple times in a five-year-span.
The Michigan State Police say the Fountain man turned himself in and faces six charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the first degree.
The charges stem from an investigation, starting in September of 2011. The investigation determined that the man sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 13 multiple times from 1998 to 2003.
Criminal Sexual Conduct in the first degree is a felony punishable by life in prison.
