TRAVERSE CITY -- Traffic is backed up in downtown Traverse City after a minivan turned in front of an excavating truck.
The incident happened on the corner of Division and Front Streets.
Traffic is backed up in every direction. Authorities say the gravel hauling truck needs to be towed away.
