MONTCALM COUNTY -- Police are reporting that the owner of the large sum of cash has been located.

The Michigan State Police Lakeview Post is trying to find the owner of a large sum of money found along the road in Montcalm County on July 4th.
State Police say a Good Samaritan was riding their bicycle on Kendaville Road near M-91 when they came across the money on the shoulder of the road.
Troopers are asking anyone with information as to whom the rightful owner of the money may be to contact the Michigan State Police Lakeview Post at 989-352-8444
