VANDERBILT -- A duplex house in Vanderbilt is destroyed after fire ripped through it Saturday night.

We're told the fire started sometime after 10:30pm Saturday night, just east of Old 27, on Alexander Road in Vanderbilt.

Multiple fire crews were on the scene for more than several hours battling the blaze.

No injuries were reported and a cause has not yet been released.
