LUDINGTON -- Sean Phillips has been found guilty for Unlawful Imprisonment in the disappearance of his daughter, Kate Phillips.

Baby Kate was last seen on June 29,2011 when police say Sean drove off with her in his car.  She was 4 1/2 months old when she disappeared.

The jury started deliberating the case Thursday after hearing 9 days of testimony.   The jury, which consists of  9 men and 3 women continued deliberations Friday at 8am.  A verdict was announced around 12:15pm Friday.

INSERT ATTRIBUTION


The possible punishment for Unlawful Imprisonment, which is a felony,  is 15 years in prison.
