TRAVERSE CITY -- Northern Michigan is seeing record mid-March temperatures. In Traverse City Sunday it was as high as 82 degrees according to the 7&4 Storm Team. Dozens of people flocked to local beaches. West Bay Beach looked more like June than March with kids playing in the water and parents sunbathing on the sand.
