TRAVERSE CITY -- All the snow and high winds on Monday created some dangerous conditions for drivers. Slippery roads and poor visibility kept road crews and tow trucks very busy.

7&4's Kate Fox spent Monday night out in the elements and brings us a look at what drivers were facing.

Owner of Brickyard Towing Greg Nienhouse says, "We had a multiple car accidents out by Chums Corner area. A pick-up truck lost control, went into on-coming traffic and side-swiped another pick up truck."

Jim Valade from the Grand Traverse County Road Commission says, "We started out at 5:00am this morning. We had a full call out. We are doing everything we can today to prep roads for tonight."
