OSCEOLA COUNTY, MI -- The Clare County Sheriff's Office said two people are dead after a shooting at a gas station.

It happened at Chuck's Corner on M-115 and M-66 in Osceola County just after 6 p.m. Wednesday night.

State Police have identified the victims as 27 year Old Donald C. Feneis and 23 year old Gabriel L. Woodworth both of Sears, Michigan

The suspect, 26 year old Blake D. Hullihen of Harrison, Michigan turned himself in an hour after the shooting.

Investigators say there has been an on-going child custody dispute between the victim, Woodworth, and Hullihen.
