BOYNE CITY -- The Boyne City community gathered Tuesday night to remember a soldier killed while serving in Afghanistan.

U.S. Army Pvt. 2nd Class Jack Diener died on November 21st , after being wounded in a small-arms attack by insurgents in Kandahar Province

7&4's Kate Fox was at the Veterans Memorial Park in Boyne City, where a candlelight vigil was held to remember the 20 year-old solider.
