Emotional victim impact statements at sentencing
TRAVERSE CITY -- Susie Ooley-Lewis spoke directly to 18-year old Robert Jensen Schwander during sentencing. She cried as she told Schwander the impact the murder of her daughter Carly has had on her family, friends, and the community.
Carly's dad and brother also gave emotional statements in court Friday.
Schwander has been sentenced to a minimum of 40 years in prison, a maximum of 70 years.
