TRAVERSE CITY -- Erin Crowell from the Northern Express has your plans for the weekend!
Friday, October 7th: "Fight Like A Girl" Breast Cancer Survivor Party.
This will be at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa in Traverse City from 5:30-7:30 p.m. There will be speakers, information booths, snacks and live music. The entry fee is a $5 donation to the Munson Healthcare Foundation Women's Cancer Fund.
Saturday, October 8th: Frankfort Fall Fest
This will be in Frankfort & Elberta and will include a giant pumpkin weight contest, horse-drawn wagon rides, craft and farmers market, Point Betsie Lighthouse Tours, Halloween Maze, Pumpkin Chuckin' Contest, a Great Pumpkin Drop and much more!

Saturday, October 8th: Grand Traverse Sweet Adelines International Chorus
This will be at Church in the Hills in Bellaire at 7:30 p.m. There will be an award-winning ensemble with barbershop-style singers ranging in age from 17 to 80 years old performing a wide range of musical selections. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. You can call 231-533-6001 to reserve your tickets!
Sunday, October 9th: Fall Festival
This will be at Camp Daggett in Petoskey from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be pumpkin painting, crafts, history tours, caramel apples, music by "JusDuit," nature hikes, donuts and cider. Admission is $5 per vehicle.
