PETOSKEY -- Workers at Camp Daggett in Petoskey are cleaning up after winds whipped through the area.

Camp Daggett's Nature Center was damaged during the storm.  Officials are calling it "substantial".  Crews say six trees came down.  One destroyed the Nature Center, the second hit the welcome sign.  Officials are still assessing the full damage and trying to remove trees from the driveway.

A generator is helping keep the doors open,  and Camp Daggett is even hosting a student group in the indoor Adventure Center, which was not damaged in the storm.

The estimated cost of damage is not known but its expected to be at least $5,000.
