Police are searching for a suspect after a man is shot in Wexford County

CADILLAC -- Police in Cadillac are investigating after a man shows up at the hospital with a gunshot wound.
Police say they responded to shots being fired in the Northeast section of the city around 3:00 a.m. Friday. Officers were not able to find where the gunshots came from.
A short time later, a 30-year-old man showed up at Mercy Hospital with a gunshot wound.
Investigators say they have one person of interest in custody and are asking for more details on others involved.
