Suspect arraigned in Leelanau County for homicide

LELAND TOWNSHIP -- A man is charged with Open Murder in Leelanau County.
Ricardo Roman was arraigned Tuesday in the death of 33-year-old Craig Romer of Suttons Bay. Investigators say Romer was stabbed during a fight Monday morning on French Road in Leland Township.
Officials say Roman has been arrested by deputies on more than a dozen other occasions.
A memorial service will be held for Craig Romer Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Suttons Bay Congregational Church.
