Man charged with breaking into a Grand Traverse County home and sexually assaulting a woman.

A Buckley man is charged with breaking into a woman's home and sexually assaulting her.

36-year-old Charles Kovary was charged Friday with 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and other related charges including one count of being a habitual offender.

Officials say Kovary was arrested during a traffic stop Thursday morning. Kovary has an extensive criminal history dating back to 1989.  It includes retail fraud, disorderly conduct and a prior Home Invasion charge in 1995. Kovary was released from prison in June of 2005. 

Deputies are continuing the search for two additional suspects in the Grand Traverse County assault case. Anyone with information should call the Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office..

Back to prison where you belong Chuck, hope you get murdered while your doing another stint. Loser! Your friends will soon be joining you, so hope for soap on a rope for X-mas. I hope the cops broke his nose for him!

Let's hope the cops can flip this jerk. Hopefully the other three will choke on thier own vomit in thier sleep tonight. Animals! Great job by the arresting officer!
